How often do you have services?

Friday night services begin at 7:00 PM

Saturday mornings begin at 9:30 AM  

Sunday Morning Minyan: 9:30 AM (In-person & Virtual)

Evening Minyan (Sunday – Thursday) at 8:00 PM (Virtual Only)

All in-person services are also offered virtually.

How many members does Tiferet Bet Israel have?

Over 300 families are currently involved in the TBI community. Our membership draws from the surrounding areas of Montgomery County. Tiferet Bet Israel is an open-minded Jewish spiritual community. With an attitude of love and acceptance toward all, regardless of relationship or family arrangement, income, or Jewish background, TBI reaches across to spread love, meaning, and Torah. We guide people with meaningful prayer with God, service for others, Torah, and relationships. We foster love for the State of Israel as part of Jewish life. Our congregants range in age from birth  to centenarians. You will quickly feel like you are part of a small and very friendly community. We offer a wide variety of programs for every interest group.


What do I get by joining TBI ?

Clergy, staff and community members will be there to support and join you through life's challenges and joys. You will be a part of a community that creates a nurturing environment for both the current and next generation of Jews.  Membership includes High Holy Day tickets, learning opportunities, holiday celebrations, Shabbat & holiday meals, discounted ECEC tuition, volunteer and social activities. 


Is Tiferet Bet Israel a non-profit organization ?

Tiferet Bet Israel is a member congregation of United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ), a 501 (C) (3) US tax exempt organization. Our Federal ID is 23 253 62 73.
