TBI actively seeks opportunities to give back to our community. Throughout the year TBI members and friends come together to participate in the Yad B’Yad community service program.  Yad B’Yad programming is designed to enable individuals of all ages, from preschool age to seniors, to work together on a project that will support those in need.  Activities have included bake sales, stuffing teddy bears for pediatric patients at local hospitals, baking Thanksgiving pies for members of the TBI community, packing Hanukkah care packages for American lone soldiers serving in the Israeli Army, preparing food for a Philadelphia soup kitchen, creating mishloach manot for residents of a local assisted living community, participating in the MS Walk, and hosting programs with the organization Stop Hunger Now, an organization that provides nutritious meals to communities in need world wide.
