Staff

Research shows that the single greatest indicator of quality in an early education program is the staff. The most important components are education and experience. Low turnover is also noted as enhancing program quality.

Director

The Preschool Director, Eileen Kupersmith, earned a Master of Education in Child Study from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brown University. Eileen has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for 33 years. Before coming to TBI, Eileen taught preschool and kindergarten, founded and directed two schools, taught Early Childhood Educaton on the college level, and coordinated professional education workshops in southeastern Pennsylvania.
